Willy’s Work Program
Provides hands-on training in a professional café environment. Participants learn barista and front-of-house skills while supported by staff experienced in both hospitality and disability services.
Why Willy’s Work Program Exists
Born from a vision by Adventure Team’s
Director Will Burrage, the program
addresses the lack of meaningful job
opportunities for people with disabilities,
creating a pathway where inclusion and
purpose thrive side by side.
Support Pathways
Through Adventure Team’s Adulting Academy, participants
also gain life skills such as budgeting, communication, and
workplace readiness, ensuring a holistic journey toward
independence.
